The 5mm rod ends are used on the accelerator pedal, and 6mm rod ends are used on the brake pedal. The main reason for this was that the bearing shop didn't have four of either size, and I wanted to stick with metric bolts for everything. That said, the brake pedal needs to be stronger than the accelerator pedal anyway.
Initial pedal length is 260mm, which was pulled from a drawing of a wilwood floor-mount brake pedal.
